Sidney and Grace’s softball seasons aren’t over yet, but their “Pitch with a Purpose” project is. Over these past couple of months, they’ve chalked up 214 strikeouts in 103 innings pitched, in Haven’s honor. So, now it’s time for all of you awesome sponsors out there to send your pledges over to the children at the Agape Family Life House in China. I know they will be thrilled to accept the $21.40 pledges from all of you Dime Donors out there, and the $214.00 pledges from all of you Dollar Donors out there. We did the math, and if all sponsors follow through with their pledges, the children at Agape who have brittle bone disease (just like Haven) will be receiving a grand total of $2,017.40!!! It’s super easy, and will only take a minute of your time. The girls can’t thank you all enough for supporting them (and Haven) in this project, and they are already starting to talk about who/what they want to pitch for next spring, as they try to continue to pitch with a purpose.
